The easier a home is to see the better it will sell but no, you do not have to use a keybox, your house can be shown by appointment only.

You can contact my office and we will take care of them within one business day.
How do I make changes to the showing instructions?
You can make them by phone or online with Centralized Showings, our showing service or we will be happy to take care of it for you.
How do I get feedback from agents that have shown the home?
Our showing service will contact them and request the feedback, you can view that online.
How do I know if I'm priced too low or too high.
If you are priced too low, you will receive multiple offers on the first day and higher than asking price. If you are too high you will receive either no showings or showings with no offers being made.
